Clickback MAIL Reseller Support

Netstart offers 4 levels of support to our Clickback MAIL Software resellers and their clients.

  1. Software Education and Training - We provide software education and training to all our resellers as a key part of our Software Reseller program. This education and training will help you in two areas: the sales team (how to sell) and the creative or design staff (how to implement).
  2. Reseller Marketing Support – We provide a comprehensive marketing program that contains sales and marketing tools. Your reseller account manager will also put together a marketing campaign to promote Clickback to your clients.
  3. Reseller Software Support – there are two levels of reseller support available, your account manager and our technical support team. These people can be reached either via email or by phone.
  4. End User Software Support
    • Support documents are available within the software and at initial setup.
    • Email or phone support is available during business hours and after hours.
    • End user training is available at an hourly rate with reseller approval.
