Interest Segmentation Reports

Interest Segmentation
Interest Segmentation is based on actual customer behavior towards a product/service. We track this as an “interest” they have expressed through an interaction within the email. We then can create a list based on all who have expressed interest in product/service/topic X, and send them a special targeted email. Interest Segmentation can be applied to a single email submission or to an entire campaign. (Note: Not included in Clickback MAIL Lite)
Smart Email List Importing
Upload or import any comma separated values (.csv) files from any software that offers an export feature. Clickback MAIL will analyze your list and will not import duplicate emails. It will report back if any problematic email addresses exist in your list. Some popular examples are; Outlook, Maximizer, Goldmine, ACT, QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, etc.
SafeRemove Opt-Out
SafeRemove Opt-Out is a guaranteed way to allow your recipients to self-manage and remove themselves from your lists. SafeRemove automatically attaches to the bottom of all sent messages and visually includes the recipient’s email.
Creating messages from scratch
is simple with the included “Pick-and-Click” editor to create your own email messages, no HTML knowledge is required. Or switch the tool into HTML mode and copy professionally designed HTML messages directly into the editor.
Create messages from pre-designed templates
Your designers can create HTML messages for your campaign with the Clickback “HTML Editor”. No design or HTML knowledge required, just click on the template, modify it in the editor and save for submission. Grab the readers attention by inserting pictures, logos and modify text content.
Copy an existing Clickback MAIL message
Simply select your previously sent message, click copy and the message is instantly copied into the Clickback “HTML Editor” for you to modify and/or save for a new submission.
The Microsoft Word "Copy Function"
Creatre messages from any existing or new newsletter, promotion or document created in Microsoft Word. Simply select the whole document, click copy and then use the "Word Paste" button in our editor. It will automatically strip any un-friendly Microsoft tags and you will be left with clean HTML content with all of the formatting retained. |
