Clickback MAIL - Technology

Clickback MAIL software was developed using Microsoft’s suite of enterprise software. At the heart of our product is a Microsoft SQL Server, the most widely used enterprise database in the World. The software was developed using both Microsoft ASP and ASP.NET programming languages.

Our servers are located in a dedicated tier 1 data center in a secured undisclosed location, with access restricted to authorized personnel only. Power to the facility is protected via redundant uninterruptible power supplies with battery backup to ensure a stable supply of power. The facility is also equipped with backup generators in the event of a prolonged power outage.

Connectivity to the internet is supplied by redundant 100 MB pipelines along with emergency redundancy to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

All servers have hard drive redundancies and daily backups to help protect your information along with server redundancy giving maximum protection and uptime.

128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology ensures that all of your information is protected. The bank grade security guarantees that sensitive data and user information stored within the software are secure at all times.
